Eva-Maria Graf is Associate Professor in Applied and English Linguistics at the University of Klagenfurt in Austria. She is a trained coach, coach educator, and founder of Linguistic Coaching Process Research. Eva led the international QUESCO project on questioning practices in coaching and continues to pioneer research that bridges linguistics, psychology, and professional coaching practice.
